The Quantitative Social Science Initiative (QuaSSI) is funded by the College of Liberal Arts and the Department of Political Science. It was founded, as the Social Science Statistics Partnership, by Suzanna DeBoef (Political Science) in 2004. QuaSSI seeks to promote the development of an interdisciplinary community of Penn State faculty, students, and other researchers interested in the improvement and application of quantitative techniques and tools in social science research and training.
